Fearless Motion Dance Center offers Dance Class from 18 months to 18 yrs old
Ages 18 months- 3 yrs old
Mini & Me
Introduces young movers, 18 months to 3 yrs old, to creative movement activities, age appropriate gross motor skills, and basic concepts of movement and music. Along with a parent or caregiver, these young movers groove through class, enjoying song and dance.
Preschool/Kindergarten Class Descriptions
*All children interested in the classes below must be potty trained.
This is a 45 min. class for young dancers, introducing them to basic jazz movement. They begin by learning isolations, jumps, turns, and cross lateral movements. Each dancer’s artistic voice and creativity will be expanded upon.
Pre-Ballet/Tap Combo (only 3-4 yrs old)
This is a 45 min. class for young dancers, incorporating ballet and tap vocabulary. They begin learning the foundations of ballet and tap in an upbeat, educational environment.

*TWIRL* only available for select classes, offers a little sparkle and merriment to our current ballet/tap combo curriculum. Each dancer will receive a fun + colorful activity book, a fancy twirl ribbon, and a twirl graduation certificate upon completion of the season (Sept- June). An additional, one time fee of $30.00 is due upon enrollment.
This is a high energy class, jam packed with ways to gain self-confidence, rhythm, and coordination. Hip Hop lets the dancers use their own personal rhythm to find their way of moving. The class will include the following elements of hip hop: popping, locking, breakdancing and more, while using age appropriate music.
Introduces yoga poses in familiar terms to little ones (think animals, stories, games). The poses will help them become aware of their bodies and lead to sun salutations. Breathing techniques will be incorporated, helping with mindfulness, calming of the mind, and self control. Everything from song to movement is involved.
Elementary, Middle, and High School Class Descriptions
Ballet is the foundation of all dance. In this class we begin learning the foundations of ballet including: learning to use proper feet muscles, positioning of the arms, and creating effective muscle memory. Strength and flexibility are incorporated throughout class. Traditional and contemporary techniques will be taught, consisting of barre, centre work, across the floor, and eventually pre-pointe and pointe.
The class emphasis is on developing proper tap technique, producing clear tap sounds, and coordination. Tap class structure allows for each dancer to understand complex rhythms, and patterns.

Jazz class will focus on learning isolations of the body, turns, leaps, and improving performance quality. Class will consist of a proper warm-up, stretches, isolations, across-the-floor progressions, and combinations.
A fantastic class for inspiring Broadway stars...allows students to study and explore a wide variety of styles used for Broadway theatre choreography. It is a fun way to prepare students for musical theatre auditions.
This class will incorporate some modern dance technique foundations, which include suspension and release, fall and recovery, and the use of momentum. Dancers will explore new ways of moving in combinations, floor work and partnering, and also incorporate various methods of improvisation.
This class allows kids to explore the mind and body connection. Poses will continually be explained, but more yoga sequences will be introduced, creating a breath to movement flow. The yoga class is an encouraging and uplifting environment, allowing for growth and exploration. Music and games will aid in the instruction of yoga as well.
